As an additional security precaution, many venues and teams require that their tickets be delivered externally through another platform. If an event is marked as “Special Delivery”, it means your mobile ticket will not be in the standard easyhubtickets format and might be sent to you electronically outside the easyhubtickets platform. We’ll send you personalized instructions for these events to make sure redeeming your tickets is as easy as possible. You can find more information regarding our most common special delivery types below:
Ticketmaster
If your tickets are sent through Ticketmaster, you will receive a transfer email to the email address entered at check-out to accept your tickets. Once you've selected "accept" in the transfer email, you will be redirected to Ticketmaster to sign in. Once signed in, you can view, scan, or share your tickets.
MLB Ballpark
If your tickets are sent through the MLB Ballpark app, you may receive a notification email from Ballpark advising that your tickets have been delivered. This is not an acceptance email and your tickets should drop right into your MLB Ballpark account using the transfer email provided at check-out. If you have not used the Ballpark app in the past, you will need to ensure your transfer email is verified to receive tickets.
AXS
If your tickets are sent through the AXS app, you will receive a notification email from AXS advising your tickets were delivered. This is a notification email and your tickets will drop directly into your AXS app under tickets. If you have not used AXS in the past, please ensure you create an account using the transfer email address entered at check-out and follow the AXS verification steps. Once your account is created, and you can view your ticket information, your unique rotating mobile ID will be used to scan any tickets in the package at the venue.
Mobile Ticket Links
Some tickets that require an external transfer will be delivered via text in the form of a link. If you receive links via text from our team, you can simply click the link to reveal the barcode and scan into the event.
