Changes to your event

Postponed Events


As a marketplace, we don't own our inventory and our sellers have a final sales policy. With that in mind, we would not be able to issue a refund for a postponed event. A postponed event is considered an event that has been changed from its original time or date but has not yet been canceled or rescheduled. When there is an update on your event, our team will reach out with the details via email!

Rescheduled Events


If your event is rescheduled for a new time or date and the venue has confirmed that they will be accepting the original tickets for the event, your tickets will be valid to scan in and ineligible for a refund. Our team works hard to provide you with the details on the rescheduled event as quickly as possible.

Canceled Events


If your event has been confirmed as canceled and the tickets are not valid for a future time or date, our team will issue a refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days from the issuance for the refund to process.
